Echo, a government agency focusing on women's health, in partnership with the Ontario Women's Health Network are helping to provide the government with a female perspective for a 10-year mental health strategy unveiled by former provincial health minister David Caplan. They are helping to convey the message that mental illness is often triggered by violence or sexual assaults.
